Putin demands EU and NATO stay out of Ukraine while they bring in Belarus and Syria support. Putin’s allies should receive the same sanctions.

Not acting decisively now will lead to further atrocities. Now is our best chance to stop Putin. His forces are committed, enough breaches of human rights have been recorded for his trial.

Media and psychology

There is no cost in lying to the media. Putin lies often, recording one thing then doing the opposite. An example of this was the Russian shelling during humanitarian corridor evacuation attempts negotiated by the Red Cross between Russia and Ukraine.

In psychology, projection refers to placing your own negative traits or unwanted emotions onto others, usually without reason. Putin used this tactic declaring the invasion was for denazification of Ukraine. Then began an illegal war using Nazi tactics.

This damages the integrity of the words Nazi and denazification. When Russian people see protest signs showing Russia = Nazi it confuses them. At best it will create doubt but not cause them to see they are the aggressor. This is due to Russians being warned of Nazi influences and Russian propaganda assuring them its Ukraine.

If you know a Russian living in Russia, call or write. Make sure they hear another voice of truth. Do not assume they know the truth. If we can create enough doubt, we can make progress. To break Putin, we must awaken Russians.
